The 99^th TOPIK(Test of Proficiency in Korean) Notice

■ Test Date : 12^th April 2025 (Saturday)

◦ Registration Period : 2025.1.17. - 2025.1.30. (Mon.-Thu. 07:45-16:00, Fri. 07:45-11:15)

※ Registration during weekends(Sat.&Sun.) will not be acceptable

◦ Submission Place : Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Uganda

(#14, Ternan Avenue, Nakasero, Kampala, Uganda)

- Application can be submitted in person by applicants or their immediate member’s only

- Submit ‘Letter of Authorization’, a copy of ‘English birth or marriage certificate’ and ‘immediate family’s ID card’

◦ Application Fee : TOPIKⅠ: $20.0 / TOPIK Ⅱ: $25.0

- Refund will be followed by Registration organization’s internal regulation

◦ Requirements for Registration

- Written Application Form

- 2 ID Photos (3cm x 4cm)

- Registration Fee

- Valid Passport or ID Card in English(Original and Copy)
※ English ID Card will be accepted only.

◦ Registration after 30^th of January will be not accepted.

◦ Should the headcount for each test(TOPIK1,2) is under 10, the Test can be canceled.

■ Test Information

◦ Date : 12^th April 2025 

◦ Venue : Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Uganda

◦ Timeline :

◦ Applicants must carry his/her ID and TOPIK Identification Slip.

- Should the name on the “Identification document” and the “TOPIK Identification Slip” differ, applicants cannot take the test

◦ Applicants must enter the test room at least 30 minutes before the Test, and cannot enter thereafter

◦ Applicants must submit all the prohibited personal belongings(cellphone, camera, etc)
